CAVING by Mark
In scouts, many things pop up to do like caving. It is a fun activity that can be tiring and very COLD! Four of the 2nd Monkspath group went to this pursuit.
We climbed through long narrow and small passages as well as climbing on a stepladder for 50 foot (a POTHOLE). We had to put a lot of kit on including a furry suit, over coat, head-lamp, battery pack, hat and belt. Very Heavy!
